Shipping process
To ensure your items arrive safely, all orders are shipped on a large pallet via LTL freight.
Due to the nature of LTL shipping, you will not be provided a tracking number however, when your order is ready to be shipped, a team member will contact you via email to provide you with an estimated delivery date. All orders are shipped from our Arizona based warehouse with an appointment so the carrier will contact you prior to delivery to coordinate a delivery date for your shipment. Once your item is shipped and you receive confirmation from a team member, please be on the lookout for a phone call from the carrier a day or two prior to the estimated delivery date. Extra items such as glasses, brochures, banners and smaller items are shipped separately from the device via UPS Ground to ensure they are not misplaced by the LTL carrier. You will receive a tracking number for these items upon shipment.
Upon delivery day please carefully inspect your items for serious damage. If there’s serious damage, mark on the delivery receipt with the driver, and take some pictures and let us know as soon as possible. At this time we do not offer white glove delivery, the driver will unload the item from the truck with a liftgate and drop it at a curb or garage. They will NOT be responsible for bringing any items inside, removing packaging, or discarding the pallet or other packing materials so please be prepared and if possible have some extra help available to get the devices inside and setup.

Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all US orders within the lower 48 states. Orders outside of the lower 48 will incur shipping charges, collected at time of order. Any additional import taxes/fees may be collected prior to delivery of the shipment via the shipping carrier. If you do not see your country in our list of shipping destinations, please contact our team for assistance.
Any shipment that was correctly shipped but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customers address and is returned to our warehouse will incur any related shipping charges prior to re-shipping the order back to the customer.
If any damage or defects are discovered upon setting up the device, please contact our team within 7 business days. Any damages or defects due to shipping not reported within 7 business days will not be covered under the warranty. Our team may request proof of the damage before warranting the device.
Time in Transit:
All USA orders will be shipped via an LTL shipping carrier. Shipping times can range from 1-10 business days depending on your location. Weather delays and other circumstances outside of our control may hinder the delivery date and cause delays.
All orders outside of the continental US may be shipped via boat or air depending on the service selected at checkout. Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout for each shipping option available. All orders outside of the US are subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees.
